1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Rasd (رصد) ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Rasd for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display, reverse engineer any software, remove copyright or proprietary notations, transfer materials to another person, violate applicable laws, or disrupt normal service.
3. Third-Party Advertising Content
Rasd indexes and displays advertising creative that is publicly accessible through third-party ad libraries (including Meta Ad Library). Rasd does not own this ad content — all rights remain with the original advertisers and platforms. Rasd's AI-generated tags (hook type, dialect, category, season) are our own analysis and do not imply endorsement, verification, or affiliation with the advertisers shown.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Rasd's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rasd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Rasd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Rasd, even if Rasd or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Rasd could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Rasd does not warrant that any materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. Rasd may make changes to materials without notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate applicable law or regulation, infringe upon intellectual property rights, harass or abuse any person, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or spam or send unsolicited communications.
8. Free Trial Eligibility
The 7-day free trial is limited to one trial per person, company, or organization. We reserve the right to detect and prevent trial abuse — including repeated signups using different email addresses, payment methods, or accounts by the same individual or business — and may deny, suspend, or convert trials to paid access in such cases.
9. Account Termination
Rasd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, Rasd, or third parties.
10. Payment Terms
By entering into a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting hello@rasd.me
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and all its contents, features, and functionality (including information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), excluding third-party advertising content described in Section 3, are owned by Rasd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Modifications
Rasd may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
